After a long and frustrating day of being stranded at Heathrow, the staff were very good too assist me. They personally came out to the street to help me find the entrance, even carrying my luggage. They also kindly helped me book a cab for the next day. The level of customer service was amazing and made a huge difference in my overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Hounslow Centre tube station, making it incredibly easy to travel into London and explore the city. The service was outstanding, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. We were particularly impressed with the room amenities; the in-room air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and the mini-bar made our stay even more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel also had a lovely dining restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to everyone.

The trendy basin and tap were stylish, but they did tend to splash water when turned on. The room had a huge floor to ceiling window with a nice view of the street, although the lack of an additional curtain meant we had to be careful about privacy. The hotel had excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. I also enjoyed the convenience of having dinner brought to my room, which I had pre-ordered. The bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the Hounslow Central underground station, just a quick 3-minute walk away. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, especially Katia, who assisted us in changing rooms due to noise issues. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel was soundproof, nice for a peaceful stay. the hotel was close to the Hounslow Town Centre with a variety of shops, markets, and a pub. The direct tube line provided easy access to popular attractions such as Piccadilly Circus, the British Museum, and the Natural History Museum.
